Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid courier label from your confirmation email and affix it securely to the exterior of your return parcel.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives your return, our quality control team will inspect the garments and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
